DROPS Nord is a fine 4-ply sock yarn made from 45% baby alpaca wool, 25% wool, and 30% polyamide. Alpaca provides softness, wool gives warmth and shape retention, while polyamide ensures durability and long-lasting wear.
Ideal for everyday garments such as socks, sweaters, hats, gloves, and lightweight accessories. DROPS Nord has a clear stitch definition, is easy to knit and crochet, and although not superwash treated, it offers good wear resistance. Each ball weighs 50 g and contains approximately 170 m.
Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Class II certified, making it safe for garments in direct contact with the skin. Produced in Peru using South American alpaca and wool, with polyamide from Germany.
