Terms of service

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms regulate the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the purchase of goods, payment terms, delivery, return of goods, and other matters related to buying and selling.

1.2. The Buyer agrees to these terms by placing an order in the online store or registering in it.

1.3. The Seller has the right to amend the terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, about which the Buyer will be informed online or by email.


2. Purchase and Sale

2.1. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms and pays for the order in the online store www.dzijas.com.


3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods according to the specified payment terms.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the store rules and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

3.3. If the Buyer fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or terminate cooperation without prior notice.


4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if they cannot contact the Buyer within 3 business days.

4.2. The Seller respects the Buyer’s data privacy in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

4.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order (e.g., deliver the exact ordered item), the Buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund within 5 business days, unless another delivery time or product replacement has been agreed.


5. Return of Goods

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days by:

  • Informing the Seller via email: vide3@latnet.lv;
  • Delivering the goods to the “Spice” shopping center Omniva parcel machine;

The goods must be new, unused, and in the original packaging (in case of defect, the goods may be damaged).

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

5.2. The Seller refunds the amount of the goods within 5 business days after receiving the item to the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded or reimbursed.

5.3. If the product is found to be defective:

  • The Buyer may choose a replacement or a refund.
  • The Seller will provide a return shipping code so that the Buyer can deliver the goods to the “Spice” shopping center Omniva parcel machine;
  • The Seller refunds the amount of the goods and the original purchase costs within 5 business days after receiving the item to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Delivery and Payments

6.1. Delivery of orders is available for a fee.

6.2. The Buyer receives the original delivery note together with the order.

6.3. The parties attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation; if this is not possible, disputes are submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.


7. Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Buyer, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. Goods must be returned unused, complete, and in the original packaging.

7.3. Claims regarding product quality are handled in accordance with the CRPL and Cabinet Regulations No. 631.

7.4. CRPL provisions do not apply to legal entities.
