Shipping policy

When placing an order and making payment, the Buyer selects an OMNIVA parcel machine to which the package with the ordered goods will be delivered.

If the Buyer does not specify a parcel machine, the Omniva app automatically selects the nearest parcel machine to the provided delivery address.

The order is processed within 1–2 business days after receipt, and delivery is carried out via Omniva parcel machines throughout Latvia.

The Buyer receives a notification with the parcel machine code when the goods are delivered to the selected parcel machine.

The goods must be collected from the parcel machine within the specified period.

If the order is not collected on time, it is returned to the Seller. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller will issue a refund within 14 business days after receiving the package, deducting the original delivery cost to the Buyer, return shipping costs of €3.40 (including VAT), and €6.05 (including VAT) for administrative expenses related to the return of the goods. Please carefully consider your ability to collect the package within the specified time!

If the Buyer did not choose a parcel machine when placing the order, or wishes to change the parcel machine location after the order has been handed over to Omniva or another delivery courier, the Buyer must pay an additional fee of €2.80 (including VAT) to the Seller’s specified account for redirecting the package to another parcel machine.
