Return and Exchange Policy

If the received purchase does not meet your expectations:

  • Within 14 days after receiving the goods, contact us by email at vide3@latnet.lv;
  • The product must be sent to the Omniva parcel machine at the “Spice” shopping center (Riga), indicating the recipient phone number: 29424120;
  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging;
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer;
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase (card or bank account);
  • Initial shipping/delivery costs are not compensated or refunded.

If the product is defective:

  • Within 14 days, you may exchange it or receive a refund;
  • Information about the defect must be sent by email to vide3@latnet.lv, including a description of the defect and photos of the received product;
  • After receiving confirmation from the Seller, the product must be sent to the Omniva parcel machine at the “Spice” shopping center (Riga), indicating the recipient phone number: 29424120;
  • The Seller will provide a return code for the shipment;
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase (card or bank account);
  • Initial shipping/delivery costs are compensated and refunded if the entire order is returned in its original full quantity.
