DROPS Melody is a soft, luxurious chunky yarn made from 71% alpaca wool, 25% merino wool, and 4% polyamide. Despite its thickness, the yarn is surprisingly lightweight, making it ideal for oversized sweaters, jackets, coats, scarves, hats, and accessories. It knits up quickly on large needles and does not produce heavy garments.
DROPS Melody can be used alone for airy, voluminous knits or combined with other yarns as an effect yarn to add extra softness, warmth, and body. Each ball weighs 50 g and contains approximately 140 m of yarn. The color palette includes neutral shades as well as rich reds and purples.
DROPS Melody is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Class II certified, safe for garments with direct skin contact. The yarn is made in Peru using alpaca and merino wool sourced from South America.
